Finding clues in the labyrinth of change and development

On these pages I explore perspectives on change and development. As a consultant and mediator in the development cooperation and peace building sector, my stories are closely related to this world’s conflict and development regions and to those persons and organizations that work there. My take on it is guided by the following questions:

    • Where do ideas of change come from?
    • In what cases is change a good development?
    • What do people need to accept that kind of change?
    • What do people have to do to implement that kind of change?
